Why It Exists

Too many girls are introduced to technology
before they are introduced to themselves.

Opportunity matters. Access matters. Skills matter. But none of them are fully activated when a person does not yet see herself as capable, worthy, prepared, and meant to belong.

01

Access without identity can feel temporary.

A seat at the table does not automatically create belonging, confidence, or persistence.

02

Representation without reflection can remain distant.

Seeing someone succeed matters most when a girl can imagine that possibility becoming personal.

03

Skills without belief can remain unused.

Capability grows when knowledge is reinforced by identity, resilience, and agency.

The world spends years telling girls who they are. I.A.M.P.H.E.N.O.M.E.N.A.L.™ helps them decide for themselves.

The Thirteen-Part Framework

Thirteen letters.
Thirteen identity commitments.

Select each exhibit to explore one of the principles within I.A.M.P.H.E.N.O.M.E.N.A.L.™.

I AM PHENOMENAL

Principle 01

Identity

“I know who I am before the world decides for me.”

Identity is the foundation of the framework. It helps a person name her values, recognize her strengths, understand her story, and build an internal definition of who she is becoming.
